Timelines and evidence
What we need to assess your claim
Photos in good light that clearly show the problem.
Proof of purchase and delivery confirmation.
For colour issues, a photo next to a neutral white sheet helps evaluation.
How we resolve
Remake or replacement using the correct method, size, or colour.
Partial credit if a minor issue is acceptable to you.
Refund only when a remake is not feasible.
What can or cannot be returned
Returnable
Faulty stitching, misprints, or damaged on arrival.
Sizing outside the ±2 cm tolerance of the published chart.
Wrong colour, wrong item, or wrong decoration method shipped by us.
Not returnable
Change of mind or preference changes after approval.
Approved proof errors and low-resolution uploads.

Washed, worn, altered, or stained garments.
Colour variance up to 10% between screens (RGB) and fabric inks (CMYK) is normal and not a fault.
Production specifics
Sampling policy
We strongly recommend ordering one sample before full runs.
Sample cost is fully refundable.
Full-order refunds for fit/finish expectations are at our discretion.
Restocking fee
Late changes after production starts may incur fees.
Minimum 5 CAD per unit, up to 15% of the product price.
Decoration methods
DTG pre-treatment and heat press may leave faint boxes or off-white residue that typically disappears after the first wash.
DTF and screen print can show minimal press marks that relax with washing.
Our team selects the most suitable method unless you specify otherwise.
Embroidery policy
Digitizing and setup
Embroidery requires a stitch-ready file. Converting artwork to stitches is a paid service.
Revisions after stitch preview approval may incur additional fees.
Underlay stitching is required for stability; minor outlines may be visible on dark fabrics.
Colours and placement
Pantone to thread is an approximation. We use the closest Isacord match considering sheen and fabric.
Placement tolerance is ±5 mm for chest, sleeve, and cap positions.
Letters below 4 mm may lose legibility; larger fonts or simplified artwork are recommended.
3D puff embroidery
Available only on suitable designs and products.
Small edge trims can remain after foam compression and are considered normal.
Pre-production stitch sample
Optional paid sample stitch is available and recommended for critical branding.
Frequently asked questions
The image looks pixelated. Can I return it? +
Pixelation results from low-resolution uploads. We print exactly what you provide; returns are not accepted for this reason.
The garment colour looks different. What now? +
If we sent the wrong colour, we will remake it. If it matches your order, small differences between screens and fabric are normal.
The size is not what I expected. Can I return it? +
If the shipped size matches your order, we cannot accept a return. Sizing charts allow a ±2 cm tolerance.
Can I cancel after placing my order? +
Once production begins, cancellation may incur a restocking fee. If production has not started, we will do our best to help.
Why might embroidery colours not match exactly? +
Thread sheen, fabric tone, and lighting affect perceived colour. We select the closest Isacord match for consistent results.
Why are small embroidered letters not recommended? +
Letters under 4 mm can lose clarity due to stitch density. Increase size or simplify artwork for best legibility.
Are edge trims in 3D puff normal? +
Yes. Minor trims can remain after foam compression and are acceptable within industry standards.
Are pre-treatment or press marks a valid return reason? +
No. These marks are industry standard and typically disappear after the first wash.
